Shannon taught his first boot camp class at the age of 19 and has been living and breathing fitness ever since. Initially he volunteered his time to help many people take their first steps towards an active, healthy lifestyle. Since he built TrueFitPhysiques Training and TrueHiit brands, he has continued to push people towards they fitness goals. Shannon has been with New JAX Gym almost two years. Shannon’s training uses a cross training technique that combines cardio, strength, flexibility, agility and balance for a total body workout. His training sessions are designed to help you burn fat, build lean muscle mass, and improve performance and flexibility. Because nutrition plays such a key role in fitness and overall health, he gives his clients guidance and tips on nutrition. As a trainer I’m very passionate about helping my clients improve their quality of your life.

Lukas has a background in competitive bodybuilding and is interested in helping people serious about their health to increase muscle tone and reduce fat and unhealthy living. Lukas is always open to providing tips during your workout. Lukas is also an accomplished chef who is able to make food that tastes great and is good for you. He has now combined his passions for fitness, healthy food and protecting endangered rhinoceros species into his life’s work.
Juma is an energetic addition to our team. He teaches CampFit classes twice a week. Juma draws on his years of experience to create unique and challenging classes each and every time.
